• Maintain high HSE standards to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Validate internal and third-party process design work for compliance with standards and procedures.
• Analyze plant and engineering data to recommend operational optimizations.
• Participate in projects, ensuring tasks align with schedules and constraints.
• Evaluate technical bid proposals and escape complex plant issues for timely resolution.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and assist in developing engineering documentation and plans.

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred). Diploma holders must have 10+ years of experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of process engineering experience with a degree. Working towards Chartered/Professional Engineer qualification or membership.

  Proficiency in chemical engineering principles, statistical analysis, and operations support. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Collaborative mindset and adaptability to change.

• Engineers: Basic Salary: SR 8,000 - SR 10,000. Salary may increase for skilled and relevant candidates.
