Service Technician – Ice Plants & Chillers

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our expanding Ice Plant and Chiller Systems operations in the UAE. The role is ideal for a technically competent professional with a solid background in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial cooling systems, who is looking to grow within a specialized and technically demanding field.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on-site across the UAE, with occasional regional travel as required. A proactive mindset, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.

• Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of industrial ice plants, chillers, and auxiliary equipment
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults
• Execution of preventive maintenance programs in line with company standards and OEM requirements
• Support of senior engineers during major overhauls, system upgrades, and emergency breakdowns
• Preparation of service reports, including clear documentation of findings and corrective actions
• Compliance with all HSE, site safety, and company procedure sat all times
• Willingness to travel across the UAE and, when required, within the wider Middle East region
• Professional interaction with clients, consultants, and site teams, representing the company positively

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Refrigeration Engineering
• Approximately 5 years of relevant hands-on experience, preferably in:
• HVAC systems
• Refrigeration or industrial cooling systems
• Strong mechanical knowledge with basic electrical troubleshooting capability
• Willingness to develop expertise in industrial ice plant technologies
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work under site conditions
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment
• Flexible regarding travel and site-based assignments
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Good command of English(additional languages are an advantage)
