We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join on-site execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved plans
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports and track work progress
- Assist in resolving site issues and technical challenges
- Support quantity take-offs and coordination with the QS and project team
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution
- Experience working with consultants and subcontractors
- Familiar with UAE authority requirements and site safety standards
