Project Directors - Infrastructure; Roads, Utilities, Bridges & Marine

Summary

We are looking for a Project Director specialized in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, bridges, and marine) with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Tier 1 Infrastructure Contractors in the UAE, preferably with experience on RTA projects.

• Oversee the overall planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to project teams to meet project milestones and objectives.

• At least 10 years of experience in project management roles within Tier 1 Infrastructure Contractors in the UAE.
• Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects exceeding AED 500 million.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Previous experience with RTA projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
