Facade Engineer

Job Summary

As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the external facades of residential villas. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the facade designs meet aesthetic, structural, and functional requirements.

• Develop facade design concepts for villas that align with client preferences, architectural guidelines, and sustainable building practices.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to evaluate existing conditions and propose appropriate facade solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to finalize facade designs and create detailed drawings and specifications.
• Review facade materials and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project budgets.
• Supervise the installation and construction of villa facades to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design intent.
• Conduct performance tests and inspections to verify the durability, weather resistance, and thermal efficiency of villa facades.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in facade design and engineering, particularly in the residential villa sector.
• Proficiency in CAD software, facade engineering tools, and building information modeling (BIM).
• Strong knowledge of facade materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to facade design challenges.
