Plant Engineer - Asphalt Section

Summary

The Plant Engineer - Asphalt Section is responsible for overseeing and motivating the team involved in providing high-quality service, repairs, and maintenance for equipment in the wet mix & asphalt plants. They will ensure normal operations to achieve targets as per guidelines from the Chief Plant Engineer or Section Head.

• Supervise and motivate the team in delivering high-quality service, repairs, and maintenance for equipment in the wet mix & asphalt plants.
• Ensure normal operations to achieve targets based on daily breakdowns and troubleshooting, following guidelines from the Chief Plant Engineer/Section Head.
• Conduct maintenance and repair activities for wet mix & asphalt plants and related ancillary equipment like compressors and generators.

• Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Previous experience in maintenance and repair of asphalt plants.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the team effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address daily breakdowns promptly.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices for compressors and generators would be advantageous.

• Strong understanding of asphalt production processes
• Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of asphalt plant equipment
