Maintenance Engineering Manager – MEA

Responsibilities

• Manage the standardization of the maintenance engineering throughout the sub-region of MEA in coordination with the Regional Operations Team
• Implement best practice maintenance engineering processes/standards across the region
• Liaise with the Lean Enterprise to drive improvements in the engineering process
• Oversee the management of improvement projects to reduce costs and increase the process efficiency

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, MBA would be an advantage
• Minimum of 4-5 years of engineering experience within a leadership position
• Strong command of MS Office, experience in six sigma project would be an advantage
• Must be fluent in English, knowledge of the Arabic and French language would be an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership ability
• Must be flexible to travel
