Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
- Handle monthly progress billing and IPCs
- Verify subcontractor bills and supplier invoices
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
- Assist in tendering and subcontractor evaluation
- Monitor project cost, budget, and cash flow
- Coordinate with project, site, and consultant teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
- 3–5 years of experience in high‑rise building projects
- UAE / Dubai experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, QS software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Residential / Commercial Towers
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality standards
