Resident Engineer; Roads​/Infra

Job Description:

Senior/Resident Engineer Dubai, UAE What You'll Be Doing:

• Administer contract in the capacity of Engineer's Representative. Monitor project progress and document changes in scope.
• Coordinate with authorities and agencies for approvals and project handover.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and deliverables.
• Review work to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality requirements.
• Review and recommend approval change orders, notifying relevant personnel of changes.
• Manage client expectations and provide periodic progress updates.
• Ensure Parsons' rights and obligations are met throughout project execution.

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years’ Experience for Resident Engineers
• Minimum 20 years’ experience for Senior Resident Engineers
• Prior Experience in construction supervision and delivery, particularly in infrastructure, Roads, Bridges and Community Development projects ideally in the UAE.
• Knowledge of NOC procedures, commissioning, and Dubai government authority specifications and procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Solid technical knowledge and familiarity with relevant standards and codes.
• Understanding of construction health, safety, and environmental regulations
