Mechanical Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to supervise and execute mechanical works at site, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems. The candidate should be well-versed with local regulations and capable of handling MEP coordination at construction sites efficiently.

• Oversee site execution of mechanical systems such as HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting.
• Ensure installation and commissioning are as per approved shop drawings, project specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other disciplines for seamless MEP integration.
• Conduct quality inspections and supervise testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with local authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.).
• Monitor and manage materials, subcontractors, manpower, and equipment on site.
• Maintain accurate records and submit regular progress reports to project management.
• Resolve technical issues at the site and liaise with consultants and clients as required.
• Ensure health and safety practices are followed at all stages of site execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in the MEP construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire
  -fighting systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and mechanical standards and codes.
• Familiarity with authority approval processes (DCD, DEWA, DM, etc.).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.
