Product Manager

One of our clients is seeking a skilled Product Management Engineer / Product Manager to oversee and develop their product portfolio in grease separators and lifting stations.

This role involves market analysis, product development, and performance tracking, along with providing expert support to sales teams, consultants, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in product management or technical sales within the building services or waste water treatment industry. You will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and regional sales team to ensure product success, compliance with international standards and market competitiveness.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Grease Separators and Lifting Stations, from market analysis and product development to launch and performance monitoring.
• Serve as the Product Expert, supporting sales teams with technical know-how, conducting training, and providing solutions for customers and consultants.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps & related parameters.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to introduce product improvements and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Working with municipalities, authorities, developers etc., to ensure approvals, registrations, and relevant requirements to participate in the projects.
• Support pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities in coordination with marketing and regional sales.
• Provide both pre & post sales support beside technical assistance to clients, consultants, and internal / external stakeholders in coordination with Specification team. Provide selection based on sizing calculations on the Grease Separators and Lifting Stations, considering options and criteria fore evolving situations. Including site visits in UAE and the GCC or as the case may be.
• Participate in project design support, specification writing, and technical presentations to consultants and authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or application engineering within the building services, waste water treatment, pumps, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of grease separators, lifting stations, and related drainage / wastewater systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams, clients, and consultants.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM tools is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential;
  Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
