Senior Structural Engineer – Site Supervision; High-Rise

• Supervise and monitor structural works on site to ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, and authority regulations.
• Review structural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct inspections of foundations, slabs, columns, cores, and structural steel works.
• Liaise with Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence) for inspections, approvals, and compliance.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Verify structural testing (concrete, rebar, steel) and monitor site QA/QC activities.
• Prepare site reports, NCRs, and technical assessments as required.
• Mentor junior engineers and inspectors to ensure high-quality supervision standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in high-rise supervision in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel systems.

Familiarity with Dubai Municipality approval processes and international codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode).

Dubai Municipality approval is preferred.
