Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Inspector Mechanical – Buildings Supervision to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and inspecting mechanical systems in building projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems in buildings,alternate HVAC, plumbing, and fire siinä protection systems
- Verify compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders
- Review and approve mechanical plans and drawings
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Stay updated on industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in mechanical systems
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on mechanical aspects kiến building projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional certification in mechanical inspection (e.g., ICC Mechanical Inspector)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical inspection or related field
- Extensive knowledge of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical plans, blue necks, and specifications
- Strong understanding of local and international building codes and regulations
- Experience with CAD software and project management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on report writing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects switched
- Familiarity with construction processes and safety protocols
- Willingness to work on‑site and travel within the Dubai area as needed
