Quoting Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quotation Executive with a strong technical background to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for ship supply items, marine equipment, and related service requests. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, internal teams, and clients, as well as the ability to interpret technical specifications and respond efficiently to RFQs from the marine industry.

• Prepare accurate and competitive technical quotations for ship supply items, marine equipment, and service requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and equipment lists to develop precise cost estimates.
• Respond promptly to RFQs received from ship owners, ship managers, and marine agents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to obtain pricing and technical details.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, pricing databases, and supplier information.
• Communicate professionally with clients to clarify technical requirements and provide product-related support.
• Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow up on pending proposals.
• Provide technical support to the operations and procurement teams when required.

• Technical or engineering background in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical components, marine equipment, and ship supply items.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent typing, documentation, and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in ship supply, marine services, or marine spare parts trading is highly preferred.
• Fresh engineering graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
