Senior MEP Manager

The Head of MEP Division is responsible for leading all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) project operations across multiple high-value construction projects. This role oversees design coordination, project execution, commercial control, quality, and HSE compliance. The position requires extensive experience in delivering large-scale projects within the UAE, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams toward successful project completion.

• Lead the full lifecycle of MEP works—from design and planning to execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Ensure timely project delivery within approved budget, schedule, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Review design documents, shop drawings, and technical submissions to ensure full compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.

• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, and specialist subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee value engineering studies to optimize cost without compromising performance.
• Ensure alignment with contractual requirements, BOQ, IFC drawings, specifications, and authority guidelines (DEWA, DCD, DM, ADDC, ADCD, etc.).

• Develop detailed project plans, manpower schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project KPIs, cost forecasts, variations, and change orders.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and implement recovery/mitigation plans where required.

• Lead weekly/monthly meetings with the client, consultant, and main/subcontractors.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and project dashboards to senior management.
• Manage claims, disputes, technical clarifications, and approvals.

• Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards across all MEP activities.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and authority approvals.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture across project teams.

• Manage and mentor MEP engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent (mandatory).
• 30+ years of experience in MEP construction and project management.
• Extensive portfolio of large-scale UAE projects (AED 500M–4BN), including:
  Airports, Mega malls, High‑rise buildings, Hospitality, Mixed‑use developments, Data centers & industrial facilities.
• Proven experience with top UAE consultants, contractors, and clients.
