Construction Project Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Engineer to serve as the technical coordinator for our construction project. The role involves translating drawings and specifications into clear tasks for engineering teams, overseeing site execution, and providing technical solutions during the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Project Manager Project Engineer ensures that project activities are carried out according to design, schedule, and quality requirements.
Work format:
On‑site (Project Office, Construction Site)
- Act as the technical coordinator between design documentation and on‑site execution.
- Transform drawings, plans, and specifications into practical assignments for engineers and site teams.
- Monitor construction progress on‑site, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and standards.
- Provide timely technical solutions and resolve engineering issues that arise during construction.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure that safety and quality requirements are strictly followed on‑site.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project engineering or site engineering in UAE.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
- Problem‑solving skills with the ability to provide practical technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management software, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
