The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a key technical resource within the engineering team, responsible for leading, planning, and executing mechanical design projects from concept through to completion. The individual in this role will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of engineering practices, contributing to innovative solutions and the enhancement of existing processes. • Lead the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
• Analyze project specifications and optimize designs to meet performance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to integrate mechanical solutions effectively.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance nascent.
• Ensure all mechanical engineering projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in design reviews to provide constructive feedback and technical insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is required.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills with an ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Certification in relevant engineering or safety standards is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working within a regulated industrial or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
