About the job E&I Draughtsman_ Oil & Gas
We are seeking an experienced E&I Draughtsman to join our client'steam in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, with a strong background in fabrication, modular building, and EPC projects.
As an E&I Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs for electrical and instrumentation systems in the oil and gas sector. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that all drawings and designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed drawings and designs for electrical and instrumentation systems in the oil and gas sector.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure that all drawings and designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Review and revise drawings and designs as needed.
- Prepare material take-offs and assist with procurement activities.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Knowledge of fabrication, modular building, and EPC projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
