A. Purpose and Scope
To establish and maintain a clear market leadership position for Centurion Specialist Services and drive thegrowth and development of profitable revenues for our Technical & Modular Solutions segment, positioning our client as the supplier of choice for Engineering and Manufacturing of Technical &Modular Buildings and associated on site support and refurbishment / FMS services.
B. Responsibilities and Duties
To achieve or exceed the annual revenue and EBITDA targets for each product category.
Develop and enhance a sales team and complimentary network of sales agents capable of creating, finding, negotiatingand closing contracts for all company product categories within targeted industries and geographies.
Understand market opportunities, industry drivers and the competitive landscape identifying opportunities forsale of products and services into adjacent industries and identify opportunities for new products utilizing our existing competencies, capacities and capabilities.
Develop and implement a sales led strategy to raise awareness of our client's capabilities and products within identified customers and geographical regions through both generic and product specificsales resources.
Analyse the market dynamics, competitive threats, and value chain proposition to specify pricing and benefits of the product offering to meet customer expectations, evaluate offering against competition and implementcompetitive differentiation.
Hold top level contacts and network within major customers maximizing market share and profitability of the segment.
In conjunction with the General Manager and Vice President, develop and implement an ambitious business plan that enables the segment to maximize both market share and contribution for its product categories.
Manage a network of contacts within targeted industries and be aware of all major market opportunities from3 years, out developing early relationships with select customers.
Work closely and communicate effectively within our client's companies and Consultants ensuring full global coverage and maximizing potential cross selling and upsellingopportunities.
Develop, drive and secure new product lines for our clientin the Energy positioning the organization as best in class turnkey provider of product to market with a view to maximizing revenue and profitability.
Develop new geographies, markets and business streams for the organization by developing and deliveringstrategies within the energy sector which are aligned with existing skillsets and capacities, maximizingopportunities across local and international multi market sectors, positioning our client as best in class Technical & Modular Buildings provider to market.
Explore opportunities for enhanced sale and rental offerings of energy sector related products with added value services and products, maximizing cross sale / rental of other Group company products and services providing strategy and direction inputs to drive business growth through a multi-faceted Group wide approach.
Drive, develop and set strategy for both on and offshore Green and Brownfield outfitting, renovation and refurbishment activities in the energy sector which are aligned with existing capabilities and capacities,maximizing market share within the target region. Setting aggressive targets with a view to securing new business meeting or exceeding company revenue and EBITDA targets.
Manage and drive growth of the spare parts business applying upselling, cross selling and independent sales focus on this element of the business with view to significant growth in spares revenues and EBITDA margins.
B.1. QHSE Responsibilities
Contribute towards the achievement of QHSE objectives and ensure that activities are managed in accordance to QHSE policy;
Take accountability for the effectiveness of the QHSE management system of your area of work;
Integrate
QHSE management system requirements into the processes required for managing your area ofwork;
Communicate the importance of effective QHSE management and of conforming to the QHSE requirements to all within your department;
Promote the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking and ensure that the QHSE management
system achieves its intended results for your area of work.
Support other leaders and people to contribute to the effectiveness of the QHSE management system
Promote continual improvement of QHSE management system and enhancement of customer satisfaction.
Recommend improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas
of sales and marketing function, so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while
delivering quality, cost effective service to customers.
