About the job Quality Engineer - Civil and Structure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at Star Services LLC in Dubai. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil and structural projects meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control procedures for civil and structural projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop quality assurance plans
- Monitor and track quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Investigate and resolve any quality‑related issues that arise during construction
- Train and educate project teams on quality control procedures and best practices
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure materials meet quality standards
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control activities
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to civil and structural engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for civil and structural projects
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods for civil and structural projects
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and best practices
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
