• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
• Attend training workshops and review the technical guidelines followed in the organization.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct line manager or head of department.
• Adhere to RTA information security policies and procedures, related to data protection and as per approved regulations.
• Study and approve temporary entrances, exits, and fencing applications for construction sites while considering traffic safety requirements.
• Study and evaluate traffic diversions for minor and main roads in coordination with relevant departments in the Roads and Transport Authority.
• Process no-objection certificates for gate-level applications.
• Issue work permits in right of way and review plans according to the technical standards followed by the Roads and Transport Authority.
• Conduct field visits for long‑term road diversions and ensure contractor compliance with approved permits.
• Review and approve permits for temporary pavement occupancy requests while maintaining clear pedestrian walkways.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience.
