How

You’ll Make an Impact :
  • Lead the entire bid management process for complex tenders, ensuring submissions are timely and compliant.
  • Develop strategic bid approaches by analyzing tender documents and aligning them with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field service, engineering, commercial, legal, and finance, to gather necessary inputs.
  • Manage bid timelines, deliverables, and review cycles using structured planning tools to ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive executive summaries, compliance matrices, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
  • Conduct post-bid reviews and lessons learned sessions to enhance future bid performance and strategy.
What You Bring :
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
  • 5–8 years of experience in bid management, ideally within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and contractual terms, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems to support bid preparation and management.
  • PMP or APMP certification is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Experience with power systems, substations, or reactive power compensation projects, and knowledge of local and international standards.
