A leading MEP contractor in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC MEP Electrical Engineer with a strong track record in high-rise building projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, documenting, and verifying Electrical installations and electrical works, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, quality procedures, and authority approvals.

• Perform QA/QC inspections for lighting, power distribution, switch gear, panels, earthing, and LV systems
  .
• Ensure full compliance with DEWA standards
  , project drawings, BOQs, and material specs.
• Generate and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams for snag closure and final handover.
• Witness and document testing & commissioning of electrical systems (IR testing, insulation resistance, continuity, etc.).
• Participate in authority inspections (DCD, DM, DEWA) and ensure compliance.
• Track all QA/QC documentation and assist in preparing handover files and O&M manuals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
• 3 to 4 years of experience in electrical QA/QC roles within UAE high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards (DEWA, DCD) and regulatory compliance.
• Hands‑on experience in testing, commissioning, and reporting for electrical systems.
• Track record of completing at least 2 full‑cycle electrical projects.
• Solid understanding of NOC processes, power approvals, and DEWA coordination.
• Must be currently based in the UAE with a stable employment background.
• Ability to join immediately and provide salary documentation or SOA before final round.
