Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operation of tug machinery to ensure efficiency and reliability Conduct regular preventive maintenance, oil and filter changes, and repairs for all onboard systems Report mechanical faults and maintenance requirements to the Foreman Tug Fleet / In-charge promptly Maintain spare parts and machinery inventory; prepare and submit material requests as needed Ensure all maintenance activities follow company quality and safety standards Perform PMS routines and maintain cleanliness and order in machinery spaces Coordinate with supervisors and crew to ensure seamless tug operations Inspect and verify materials and equipment before use, reporting defects immediately Participate in technical training programs and maintain compliance with safety procedures Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement Ideal Profile Minimum 12th grade with Science;
Marine Diploma preferred STCW.
