- Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
- Create and review technical specifications, blueprints, and project documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on project tasks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engineering projects concurrently.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations applicable to electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
