Key Responsibilities      Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising construction of bridges, viaducts, underpasses, and associated structural works    Coordinate activities with engineers, inspectors, surveyors, and the wider construction supervision team    Assist in reviewing shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, and related correspondence for bridge works    Coordinate with Parsons design engineers to resolve technical and constructability issues    Maintain daily site diaries and review daily inspection reports prepared by inspectors    Coordinate with contractor engineers on scheduling, sequencing, and allocation of resources    Direct, assist, and monitor performance of inspectors and surveyors within the assigned scope    Convene and chair meetings with service authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders    Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of project records    Oversee implementation of safety procedures and ensure project safety objectives are achieved    Prepare and assist with weekly and monthly progress reports    Participate actively in all health and safety matters on site in coordination with project safety representatives    Provide on-site direction and assist the Resident Engineer in issuing site instructions related to structural and utilities works    Measure and verify executed works, record progress, and assist in monitoring progress against approved schedules    Ensure correctness and completeness of as-built drawings for structural works    Maintain handover records and assist in final handover of structural works to relevant authorities    Ideal Profile      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university    Minimum 15 years of experience in design review and construction supervision of post-tension vehicular bridges, underpasses, and large-diameter piling works    Strong ability to review material submissions, analyze laboratory and technical reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications
