Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning to completion within budget, timelines, and quality targets Work with cross-functional teams to develop practical engineering solutions Analyze engineering issues and propose effective technical improvements Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders for seamless execution Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures when necessary Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering procedures and efficiency Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing Maintain accurate engineering records and follow all workflow protocols Ideal Profile Bachelor’s degree in engineering in a relevant technical field 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering and project coordination Strong technical understanding of engineering processes and systems Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team-oriented approach with experience leading cross-functional groups Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements Familiarity with quality control and continuous improvement practices PMP certification is an advantage Fluency in English;
