Key Responsibilities      Develop and implement the overall construction logistics plan and procedures for the project    Integrate construction activities across multiple packages without disrupting ongoing site or surrounding operations    Organize and lead coordination meetings with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to identify logistics challenges and mitigation strategies    Review contractor contracts to identify logistics-related obligations and compliance requirements    Plan and implement site security and access control procedures in coordination with relevant authorities and project teams    Coordinate with contractors to manage service connectivity and sequence works to avoid logistics conflicts    Interface with procurement and subcontract teams to support bid processes and logistics planning    Coordinate utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel and support groups across the project    Prepare weekly and monthly construction logistics progress reports    Attend progress and coordination meetings with clients and contractors to provide logistics updates and resolve issues    Ideal Profile      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline    Minimum 12 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years supervising large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE    Strong background in construction logistics planning, site coordination, and field engineering    Familiarity with industry practices, construction regulations, and logistics-related standards    Potential to perform in a lead or senior coordination capacity    Excellent written and verbal communication skills    Ability to manage complex logistics interfaces in fast-paced infrastructure project environments    Why Join Us      Opportunity to work on major infrastructure and transportation projects in Dubai    Key role influencing construction efficiency and site operations on large-scale developments    Professional and collaborative environment within a global engineering consultancy    Long-term career growth with exposure to complex infrastructure delivery programs    About the Company  Parsons Corporation is a global engineering, construction, and professional services organization delivering complex infrastructure, transportation, and development projects worldwide.
