Civil Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: ₹80,000 per month
Job Summary

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising construction projects from initial design through completion. The role involves ensuring structural integrity, quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects such as buildings, roads, and infrastructure works
• Interpret and review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules
• Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved plans and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and costs, and report deviations to management
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and construction codes
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material approvals
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and site documentation
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices on site

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Valid experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Effective communication and reporting skills
