Key Responsibilities      Coordinate and manage site supervision, design review, planning, project monitoring, and testing and commissioning activities    Advise the project management team and client on technical matters related to procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical systems    Attend factory and site tests required for successful project completion and asset handover to authorities    Develop scopes of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements and monitor progress against targets    Identify and document scope changes and support procurement planning, scheduling, and budget control    Interface with procurement and subcontract teams to support bid processes and technical coordination    Coordinate interdisciplinary technical personnel and support groups across project teams    Assist the Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling technical, fiscal, and administrative project functions    Support determination of technical skill requirements and staffing hours for project delivery    Ensure client criteria and approved scope are met across all engineering disciplines    Expedite action items arising from meetings with clients and project stakeholders    Prepare technical reports and documentation for clients and project management    Obtain, analyze, and circulate technical and contractual information to relevant project disciplines    Perform additional duties associated with MEP construction supervision as required    Ideal Profile      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline    Minimum 12 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in construction supervision on large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE    Proven experience supervising pumping stations, firefighting systems, treatment plants, substations, and utility infrastructure works    Strong knowledge of Dubai authority requirements and processes including DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defense    Proficiency in CAD and other engineering software tools used in construction supervision    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English    Ability to perform in a senior or lead supervision capacity is an advantage    Familiarity with industry practices and regulations related to infrastructure projects    Why Join Us      Opportunity to work on major infrastructure and utilities projects in Dubai    Hands-on site supervision role with strong technical and authority interface exposure    Professional and collaborative environment within a global engineering consultancy    Long-term career growth across complex infrastructure programs    About the Company  Parsons Corporation is a global engineering, construction, and professional services organization delivering complex infrastructure, utilities, and transportation projects worldwide.
