Responsibilities
- Build partnering relationships and develop long‑term relationships with customers such as owners, consulting engineers & contractors.
- Scan the market for new projects.
- Design and estimate projects and recommend improvements.
- Demonstrate and explain product/service to customers to enhance customer awareness.
- Prepare concept designs and design basis reports with recommendations of suitable AC system including cost‑benefit analysis.
- Identify and develop new markets and client opportunities.
- Track competitors and their strategies and build on company’s market share in each product.
- Maximize revenue per client, deal size and revenue.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–6 years progressive sales experience (preferably in Sharjah & Northern Emirates).
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent knowledge of air‑conditioning system technical & design.
