Join Ruckus Networks as a Systems Engineer
Are you passionate about cutting-edge networking technology and thrive in a customer-focused environment Ruckus Networks is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team and help design sell and support innovative networking solutions.
As a Systems Engineer youll partner with account managers and channel partners to deliver exceptional technical expertise and drive success across enterprise and territory accounts. Youll play a key role in pre-sales engineering technical demos proof-of-concept trials and training sessions empowering customers and partners with the best in wireless and wired networking.
What Youll Do- Design solutions and create Bills of Material for sales opportunities.
- Deliver technical presentations demos and training to customers and partners.
- Develop territory account plans based on industry trends and business needs.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor positioning Ruckus products competitively.
- Collaborate with account managers to drive revenue and achieve quota goals.
- Strong technical skills and industry knowledge in networking.
- Excellent communication skills able to engage audiences from technical teams to executives.
- Hands‑on experience with wireless technologies (802.11 a/g/n/ac/ax) IP routing/switching WAN/LAN design and network optimization.
- Familiarity with virtualization environments (VMware KVM Hyper‑V Azure AWS) and security protocols (RADIUS AD).
- Knowledge of VLAN VoIP QoS BYOD/MDM Wi‑Fi protocols RF engineering and WLAN security.
- BS/BA in Electrical Computer or Networking Engineering Computer Science IT or related field.
- 5 years of experience with IP/Wireless technologies.
- Networking certifications (CCNA BPIPA JNCIA Aruba Ruckus CWNA) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical presentation skills.
