We are looking for a highly skilled Planning Engineer with 8+ years of experience focused exclusively on scheduling for construction projects. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Primavera (P6), capable of handling planning, scheduling, progress reporting, and project controls independently. Candidates based in the UAE are the top priority, followed by Lebanon, then KSA. Immediate availability is required.

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, dashboards, and progress updates for internal teams and clients.
• Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule inputs.
• Analyze project performance and contribute to project controls and forecasting.
• Support tender programs and baseline schedules when needed.
• Travel occasionally to project sites as required.

• 8+ years of experience strictly in construction scheduling (mandatory).
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and project planning/reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Immediate availability in UAE, Lebanon, or KSA (in this order of priority).
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
