Job Summary: The Junior Application Engineer supports the design and configuration of power generation solutions by product selection, and preparation of engineering documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in power generation application engineering, design engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of generator sets, electrical distribution, or mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with generator sizing software, MS Office & AutoCAD tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals.
• Select suitable generator sets and accessories based on customer requirements, project specifications, and site conditions.
• Use generator sizing software (Cummins Power Suite) to support model selection and load analysis.
• Preparing technical material submittals and obtain approvals from consultants and end users.
• Support in preparing layout drawings and technical calculations.
• Respond to customer technical queries.
• Attend customer visits to understand customer needs and provide technical support.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
• Ensure correct application and installation of products to meet customer system requirements.
• Understand market-specific regulations, norms, standards, and emission regulations.
• Float BOPs inquiries to local suppliers obtaining from them quotation meeting the project specifications and requirements.
• Track projects and provide regular reports to senior management.
