Head of Infrastructure

A large Real Estate Developer is looking for a candidate in leadership capacity to lead and manage design / technical for Infrastructure for community projects. (Head of Infrastructure - Real Estate )

• To provide Design / technical expertise for successful execution of projects, and manage the program & project as per standards, policies, procedures, and lead all technical design team to ensure quality delivery within set budgets and standards.
• Lead the development and evolution of comprehensive masterplans for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Ensure alignment of masterplans with the company s strategic goals, zoning regulations, environmental constraints, and market demands.
• Collaborate with urban planners, architects, and regulatory bodies to optimize land use, circulation, density, and public realm design. Define the infrastructure strategy (utilities, roads, drainage, water, power, telecom) across all projects.
• Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies for permits, approvals, and service agreements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in infrastructure development and master planning within real estate or urban development and construction industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, urban design principles, and regulatory processes. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
