Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer (Entry Level) to join our growing engineering team in Dubai.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build their career in technical sales and customer coordination in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities- Support Outside Sales Engineers in managing customer accounts and sales activities
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and respond to technical/commercial queries
- Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and customer data in ERP/CRM systems
- Develop competitive pricing while optimizing margins
- Assist in tracking offers and supporting customer retention activities
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
- Generate reports for internal teams and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales or technical coordination
- Basic knowledge of valves or hydraulics is preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP/CRM is a plus
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
