About the RoleTSL is partnering with a leading EPC powerhouse in the GCC region, recognized for delivering turnkey solutions across design, engineering, fabrication, testing, and installation. With advanced in-house facilities and a strong client base, this industry leader serves oil & gas, power, water, and industrial infrastructure sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with a strong process design engineering background and extensive exposure to gas treatment technologies
. This role is critical in managing proposals for complex gas treatment packages and requires candidates who have worked in an OEM environment (essential), with some EPC exposure as an advantage.
You will play a key role in developing technically accurate and commercially competitive proposals for solutions such as Gas Dehydration Units, Amine Sweetening Units, Condensate Stabilization, Dew Point Control, and CO₂/H₂S Removal Units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle from bid evaluation to submission
. - Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct detailed process design, equipment sizing, and cost estimation
. - Perform process simulations and calculations using Aspen HYSYS/UNISIM.
- Coordinate vendor RFQs, technical bid evaluations, and document reviews.
- Support PFD, P&, 3D Model, and HAZOP reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including engineering, procurement, and clients.
- Assist the Head of Proposals in strategy and timely delivery of tenders.
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in oil & gas proposals with a strong process design engineering foundation.
- OEM experience is mandatory
; EPC exposure is a plus. - Hands‑on experience with gas treatment packages such as Gas Dehydration Units, Gas Sweetening Units, Dew Point Control Units, Fuel Gas Conditioning Units, Mercury Removal Units.
- Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS/UNISIM and MS Office.
- Familiarity with major industry standards and clients (KOC, ADNOC, Aramco, PDO, Shell DEP).
- Strong technical writing, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
- Manufacturing knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
