We are urgently looking to hire an MEP Estimation Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE, available to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities- Preparation of detailed MEP cost estimates & BOQs
- Quantity take-off from drawings and specifications
- Value engineering and cost optimization
- Coordination with design, procurement & site teams
- Ensure compliance with UAE authorities requirements (DEWA, DCD, DM, ADDC, etc.)
- Support project budgeting and cost control
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in MEP estimation
- Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and suppliers
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel & estimation software
- Immediate availability / immediate joining preferred
- Mid-Senior level
