• Develop, model, and manage Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare LOD 300-500 models in accordance with project and BIM standards.
• Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Perform and manage clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate resolution.
• Produce accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, Estidama, etc., as applicable).
• Review design drawings, specifications, and RFIs for model accuracy and constructability.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and technical discussions with consultants and contractors.
• Maintain proper BIM documentation, naming conventions, and version control.
• Assist BIM Engineers/Managers in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflows.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models in line with project schedules.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler - Mechanical.
• Strong experience in high-rise and residential projects in the UAE.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage (clash detection).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related BIM tools.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval processes.
