Education & Technical Background:
Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics with practical experience in troubleshooting power electronics, ensuring a strong foundation for both software and hardware maintenance.

Remote monitoring of the charging network via central management dashboards (CPMS) to detect alarms, analyze OCPP logs, and perform immediate remote troubleshooting or firmware updates.

Physical deployment to charger sites for preventive maintenance, replacement of defective components, and execution of complex electrical repairs that cannot be resolved remotely.

Diagnostic proficiency using software diagnostic tools and physical testing equipment (multimeters, EV simulators) to isolate issues between the network, charger hardware, and vehicle.

Operational readiness with a valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel to various sites, ensuring rapid response times for emergency breakdowns and adherence to strict maintenance schedules.
