QA​/QC Engineer

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian‑Inspired Waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based in Dubai.

As a QA/QC Engineer reporting into the QA/QC Manager, your role involves supporting the preparation and issuance of project‑specific Quality Plans, QA/QC processes and procedures in compliance with the client’s quality requirements; and monitoring that these are implemented effectively, as assigned by QM.

• Perform QA audits (internal and/or external), reviews, surveillances and follow‑ups on multiple sites on a weekly basis, ensuring that the Contractors team complies with all applicable codes, specifications, approved method statements, inspection test plans and construction drawings, as well as carrying out snagging and de‑snagging reviews.
• Identify and report to the Project Manager on quality issues or trends based on data from a variety of sources and present a monthly KPI dashboard.
• Support the implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues by assessing Contractor technical submittals of PQPs, MS & ITPs, Material Test Reports and NCRs.
• Provide input to QM on projects performance metrics, and process or procedural system improvements.
