Dubai Municipality G+1 Approved Lead Engineer

• Assess project health checks and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the preparation of project plans and technical specifications when required.
• Evaluate the performance of different sections based on adherence to directives issued by the Director.
• Ensure timely submission of business objectives to the concerned supervisor.
• Supervise Project Officers/Managers to ensure all project-related instructions from the Director are implemented effectively.
• Develop KPIs to monitor and evaluate ongoing program and project performance.
• Continuously review and update project objectives to align with the company’s strategic goals.

• ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THIS REQUIREMENT:
  Dubai Municipality G+1 Approved Engineer
• Strictly G+1 approval is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in civil construction within Dubai.
• Member of the Society of Engineers – UAE.
• Passed technical proficiency tests for the Emirate of Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fully compliant with all Dubai Municipality requirements for G+1 engineering registration.
• Renovation project experience is an added advantage.
