We are looking for young and motivated Technical Engineers to join our Technical Office and further develop their engineering and project management skills. The role focuses on preparing works for execution teams and supporting the successful delivery of construction projects.

• Prepare technical documentation required for execution, including method statements, risk assessments, and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate with execution teams to ensure constructability and readiness of works.
• Supervise draughtsmen in the preparation of shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and method layouts.
• Manage procurement of permanent materials, including follow-up on material requisitions and approvals.
• Prepare, submit, and track material submittals, ensuring timely approvals.
• Liaise and communicate with site supervisors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to project planning.
• Participate actively in project control activities, including progress reporting, quantity tracking, and cost forecasting for assigned packages.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong interest in technical office and project execution activities.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the technical and project management functions.
