UAE Strategic Key Account Manager

- Establish, manage, and maintain C-level and senior management relationships with strategic key accounts across the UAE and GCC region.
- Proactively approach and engage utilities, offtakers, project developers, regulators, government Departments of Energy, and other relevant stakeholders to co-develop and/or co-invest in renewable power and energy storage (ESS) projects.
- Lead the commercial development of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, managing the full lifecycle from opportunity origination, structuring, negotiation, and financial closing through to project execution.
- Formulate and implement strategic account and market-entry strategies aligned with regional growth objectives, coordinating closely with technical, finance, legal, and regional teams.
- Structure commercial proposals, participate in tenders (including government and utility RFPs), lead contract negotiations, and monitor key project milestones.
- Represent the company at high-level industry forums, government meetings, renewable energy conferences, and strategic partner events.
- Undertake business travel across the UAE and GCC region to drive stakeholder engagement and project advancement.
- 5–8 years of experience in strategic sales, key account management, business development, or project development within infrastructure or energy sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of project-based commercial experience in renewable energy; direct exposure to utility-scale solar PV and/or large-scale energy storage systems (ESS) is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working with utilities, government energy authorities, regulators, offtakers, and large-scale developers in the UAE or GCC region.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level stakeholders, including government entities and public‑sector energy bodies.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in structuring partnerships, tender management, contract negotiation, and multi‑party coordination.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.
