Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of projects from inception to completion by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, reviewing technical drawings, managing vendors, and ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review, interpret, and provide feedback on technical drawings and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Facilitate problem-solving and provide practical solutions to project challenges.
• Assist in contract negotiations and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, track project milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the project team in achieving budget, quality, and schedule objectives.

Skills &

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of construction/project drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Autocad, project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
