Main Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute to the preparation of annual plans for awareness and knowledge workshops.
Organise and implement workshops and knowledge activities aligned with the institution's vision and objectives.
Coordinate with lecturers and trainers and prepare workshop schedules.
Prepare and develop training and educational materials in collaboration with specialists.
Monitor participant attendance, document their details, and evaluate their performance.
Apply workshop evaluation tools such as surveys and analyse results.
Prepare detailed reports on awareness and knowledge workshops, including workshop objectives, number of participants, content delivered, implementation challenges, and future recommendations.
Identify and analyse workshop requirements regarding human, technical, and logistical resources, and submit them to the direct supervisor for approval prior to implementation.
Prepare periodic reports on workshop progress, including observations and recommendations.
Communicate effectively with relevant partner or supporting entities.
Support promotional and marketing campaigns for workshops through available media and electronic channels.
Contribute to developing workshop content according to target audience needs.
Adhere to approved policies and procedures within the section and institution.
Participate in internal and external newsletters, bulletins, or postings concerning knowledge workshops and publications.
Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Management, Training, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience1-3 years of practical experience in workshops or educational and awareness programmes.
Additional Skills- Advanced organisational skills and effective time management.
- Proficiency in computer applications and modern educational and training technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.
- Knowledge of non-traditional or interactive teaching methods.
- Experience in preparing training materials.
- Ability to deliver workshops or supervise them when required.
