Take over a key role as a Senior English Copywriter in the Marketing department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

• Lead the development of strategic, high-impact creative concepts across brand and performance channels
• Create compelling copy for CRM campaigns, including email, video scripts, social media, banners, blogs, landing pages, and full campaign narratives
• Develop integrated campaigns for key commercial moments (e.g., Ramadan, National Day) in collaboration with Brand and Design teams
• Write clear, persuasive marketing content to promote services across digital, paid, and organic channels
• Support A/B testing and continuous optimization of English content across CRM and performance platforms
• Proofread and edit all English content to ensure clarity, consistency, tone alignment, and quality control
• Lead scriptwriting and concept development for major video and brand storytelling initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, production teams, marketing, and product stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and aligned with performance objectives
• Contribute to marketing and branding strategy through creative asset concepts across digital, web, email, social, print, and event marketing
• Research industry trends and insights to enhance content relevance, authority, and commercial impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in creative copywriting, concept and scriptwriting, and overseeing production projects
• Strong understanding of UAE culture and market dynamics; adaptability to learn the home services industry
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Leadership ability with strong cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical and commercially aware, with experience using performance data and BI insights
• High attention to detail and strong quality control standards
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in managing partners and time-sensitive challenges
• Confident decision-making on content strategy, budgets, and campaign direction within approval frameworks
• Ability to collaborate across CRM, Performance, and BD teams to drive alignment and results
• Effective project management with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
