Center Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Leadership Role - EYFS at Handprint Early Childhood Center located in Dubai. The individual will oversee the planning, development, and evaluation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning. They will provide strategic leadership to staff, ensuring professional development and support. Additional responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, upholding compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining effective communication with families.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy
• Leadership and team management abilities, including motivating and mentoring staff
• Skills in creating and implementing developmental strategies for children
• Proficiency in compliance management and policy implementation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, children, and families
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Significant experience in a leadership position within an EYFS or early childhood education setting
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
• Relevant certifications and training in EYFS are a plus
