Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager – K–12 to play a key role in supporting the growth and visibility of a premium international school.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a partnerships strategy that strengthens enrolments, enhances brand presence, and builds meaningful collaborations aligned with the school’s values and long-term vision. Working closely with senior leadership, admissions, and marketing teams, the Partnerships Manager will help position Queen Elizabeth’s School as a school of choice within the premium education landscape.
The role is ideal for a professional who understands the expectations, discretion, and standards of working within a high-quality K–12 school environment and who is committed to operating in a manner that prioritises student wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.
The Role- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with preschools, feeder schools, corporates, education providers, universities, NGOs, and community organisations aligned with a premium K–12 education model.
- Design partnership frameworks that support student enrolments, brand awareness, and academic enrichment.
- Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of partnership opportunities aligned with the school’s growth objectives
- Work closely with Admissions and Marketing teams to generate high-quality leads through partnerships.
- Support enrolment cycles, open days, school events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
- Track and report partnership-led enrolments and conversion outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external partners.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships that reflect the school’s values and premium positioning.
- Represent the school professionally at education fairs, corporate engagements, networking forums, and community events.
- Lead discussions, negotiations, and closure of MOUs and partnership agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all partnerships comply with the school’s policies, brand guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate partnership records, trackers, and reports, sharing insights and updates with senior leadership.
- Ensure that all external partnerships, events, and engagements uphold the school’s safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
- Act in accordance with safeguarding policies, ensuring that student safety and wellbeing remain central to all partnership activities.
- Promptly report any safeguarding concerns in line with school procedures.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, institutional sales, or alliances, preferably within premium K–12 schools, international schools, or education organisations.
- Proven experience working in environments with high expectations of professionalism, discretion, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supporting enrolment growth, brand partnerships, or institutional collaborations is highly desirable.
- Polished, confident, and credible communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

- Clear understanding of, and commitment to, safeguarding and child protection responsibilities within a school environment.
