I am seeking a STRONG, experienced teacher of Arabic Studies to deliver Arabic A to students. The ideal candidate will already have experience in another international school in the GCC and looking for a new challenge.

This school already has a STRONG Arabic department with a solid curriculum in place and so I am looking for someone that can fit in quickly and teach a high level of Arabic to its students. The school is part of a bigger group and so the team shares good practice and is observed by an Arabic specialist to ensure that the very best Arabic teaching and learning is taking place.

This is your chance to actually work in a real international school. The student population is now over 1700 students with about 85 different nationalities. One of the best features of this school is the students themselves. They are keen to study and so you will find very little behaviour problems at the school. The school is fully accredited by BSO, CIS, Cambridge, Edexcel and the International Baccalaureate.

• Have a
  
  B.Ed in Arabic Studies or a Bachelor Degree in Arabic with a teaching qualification in Primary Education e.g. PGCE/PGDE
• Must have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience to apply
• Experience of the UK Primary National Curriculum is preferred
• Knowledge of the UAE MOE Arabic framework is highly beneficial to your application
• Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Up to date with modern teaching pedagogy and practice
• Experience of teaching in the UAE or GCC is preferred
• Must be tech‑savvy to apply and have an excellent working knowledge of using an IWB
• Experience of using a VLE is preferred
• Being able to speak English to a high standard is HIGHLY desirable

  starting from 12,000 AED going up to 16,000 AED per month TAX‑FREE

• Offering a secondary subject, this would help your application
• Singles teachers or teaching couples with NO CHILDREN are preferred
• Having a good command of English is beneficial
• Experience of the UAE MOE Arabic framework is highly desirable
